  • We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

  • All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Kirsten Braddock’s studio in Ponte Vedra, Florida. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

    We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All original works ship free through UPS. All prints and products are shipped via USPS or UPS.

    No shipping is available at this time for orders outside the USA.

  • All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. If you are local, cash is also accepted.
